Creek Run, LLC is pleased to announce its acquisition of American Environmental Corporation, which now operates as AEC, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Creek Run. Through this acquisition, Creek Run expands its previously offered services to include environmental and geotechnical drilling and hazard mitigation planning.
“I am proud of the expanded services this acquisition will provide our combined clientele”, stated Jason Lenz founder and CEO of Creek Run. He went on to state that “This new structure will serve our clients’ needs more efficiently across a broader range of territory, services and professional industry experience.”
Creek Run and AEC’s combined team of over 50 professionals, with their knowledge, experience, and resources, will serve a wider range of clients in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and Ohio. Combined Creek Run and AEC have over 200 years of experience in environmental consulting. They are excited to leverage their expanded knowledge base to assist clients through the regulatory process.
Both companies, long-standing members of the Indiana Food and Fuel Association, take pride in their commitment to the petroleum industry of these states and strive to ensure UST equipment is safely and responsibly maintained and managed.
